Office Furniture
The Office Furniture industry uses steel, paint, fabric, wood,
and plastics to fashion creative and functional designs. So
it has for the 31 years we've been producing office furniture
components. Yet in no period in the past has change happened
as rapidly or as dramatically as it is occuring today. As offices
transition from the traditional environment to the home, more
options exhibiting even more flexibility will be needed. Components
of these products must be, if you pardon the expression,
"moldable." Ergonomics, environmental concerns - both during
manufacture and disposal - user friendly "feel", ease of use, cost,
durability, compatibility with electronic and communication
devices, and even weight are issues to be considered as well.
All these influence your Designer and Design Engineers as they
strive to address these and other key issues that face our industry.
It's a tough job.
Are they armed with all the current technologies and innovations
within the plastics industry?
If you are unfamiliar with the terms Syndiotactic, MuCell®,
Fulcrum™, co- and tri-injection, co-extrusion, post forming,
and Foam Core to name just a few, those issues listed above
may be even tougher to answer than they have to be. In the
Bemis Contract Group, we define custom components a bit
differently than most other processors. A custom part to us is
more than your design in the color you want. It starts with
the selection of the best processing method using the most
appropriate resin(s), incorporating the most intelligence, produced the most consistently, and delivered in the most timely
manner at the lowest total cost. Why are we so sure this is
the best way to serve you? It's simple, your customers rely on
you for your expertise, and because, well, not only can we describe
the technologies mentioned above, we actually use them. In fact,
we invented some of them. In other words, we invite you to rely
on our expertise. Why not call use before you begin your
next project?
We're here to help.
