Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin
The injection facility in Sheboygan Falls is well-known in the industry. All machines are computer controlled, robotically attended, and most are state of the
art co-injection molding capable. Sizes available run from 400 ton to 6600 ton. The facility operates 24/7 and is part of our two million square foot corporate headquarters.
  
Our extrusion facility, also in Sheboygan Falls, covers nearly 300,000 square feet enclosing over 30 single
and twin screw extruders ranging from 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 in size. Single- and multi-layer capabilities are complemented by such technologies
as microcellular foaming, continuous glass pultrusion, and a multitude of downstream part enhancement
capabilities. Part of our corporate facilities, extrusion operates on a 24/7 basis as well.
 
Lenoir, North Carolina
Part of the rapidly growing Southeast, our Lenoir injection facility has grown to over six times its original
size since we acquired it just over three short years ago in December of 1998. Now well over 200,000 square feet, both the plant
and our staff are providing our full range of injection technologies to our customers located in the region. Thriving
on challenge, the Bemis Contract Group Southeast looks forward to assisting area customers with state of the art facilities and capabilities. The plant also operates on a three shift full week basis.
